Anya Dellicompagni - Director of Hairdressing
Finalist for Midlands Hairdresser of the Year for four consecutive years, Anya guides and develops the creative direction of Francesco Group. Anya has worked with some of the biggest names in the industry, assisted backstage at Paris and Milan Fashion Weeks and has been invited to teach at the Wella Academy on many occasions. She is based at the Advanced Academy and offers inspiration and guidance to the Advanced Academy Team; she can regularly be found teaching the most advanced courses.
Michelle Thompson - Creative Director
Winner of Afro Hairdresser of the Year at the British Hairdressing Awards, Michelle spearheads and teaches the Afro Caribbean and Advanced Cutting courses at the Advanced Academy. Michelle regularly contributes her extensive knowledge of Afro Caribbean hair to leading trade and commercial magazines and has entered the Hall of Fame at the Sensationnel Black Beauty & Hair Awards after winning Northern Stylist of the Year for three consecutive years.
Mia Dellicompagni - Creative Director
Experienced in every aspect of salon life, Mia has previously worked for Francesco Group as a Franchisee and Company Art Director and now brings her expert knowledge to all levels of training at the Advanced Academy. A specialist in creative cutting, Mia is well versed in the qualities needed to achieve salon success and provides an inspirational educational experience to all delegates.
Claire Chell - Creative Colour Director
Finalist for Colour Technician of the Year, Master Colour Expert and member of Wella Professionals’ Colour Club, Claire is the Advanced Academy’s authority on all things technical. Claire regularly comments on colour trends and techniques in trade and commercial press and shares her expertise whilst teaching all the Group’s Colour courses, from the basics through to advanced creative colour.
