Foundation Training

Intermediate Apprenticeship – Work Based

Set yourself up for a successful career in hairdressing and learn everything you need to know to start your creative journey.

On this 18 month course you will work towards your (NVQ) Diploma in Hairdressing Level 2 whilst gaining invaluable experience working on the salon floor. Apprentices receive Functional Skills Awards, including Maths, English and Employment Rights and Responsibilities.

Theoretical and practical knowledge are continually assessed using various methods throughout the course.

Excellent personal presentation and motivation are crucial to succeed. Selection is based on a successful interview.

Advanced Apprenticeship – Work Based

On this 14 month course you will work towards your (NVQ) Diploma in Hairdressing Level 3 whilst gaining invaluable experience working on the salon floor. Apprentices receive Higher Level Functional Skills Awards, including Maths, English and Employment Rights and Responsibilities.

Theoretical and practical knowledge are continually assessed using various methods throughout the course.

Excellent personal presentation and motivation are crucial to succeed. Selection is based on a successful interview.

(NVQ) Diploma in Hairdressing Level 2

Run in partnership with our preferred local training provider, Stafford College, this Full Time two year course integrates a Level 2 Diploma in Hair Services, Customer Service Awards and combines theoretical and practical knowledge – providing you with everything you need to know for a successful career in hairdressing.

Excellent personal presentation and motivation are crucial to succeed, with two GCSEs Grade C or above preferred. Selection is based on a successful interview.

(NVQ) Diploma in Hairdressing Level 3

Run in partnership with our preferred local training provider, Stafford College, this Full Time one year course integrates Skills for Life Awards and combines theoretical and practical knowledge – providing you with everything you need to know for a successful career in hairdressing.

Excellent personal presentation and motivation are crucial to succeed and all applicants must have (NVQ) Diploma in Hairdressing Level 2 and hairdressing skills. Selection is based on a successful interview.

(NVQ) Diploma in Hairdressing and Beauty Therapy Level 2

Run in partnership with our preferred local training provider, Stafford College, this Full Time three year course integrates Skills for Life Awards and combines theoretical and practical knowledge – providing you with everything you need to know for a successful career in the hair and beauty industry.

Your theoretical and practical knowledge are continuously assessed, using various methods throughout the duration of your course.

There is the option to complete either (NVQ) Diploma in Hairdressing Level 3 or (NVQ) Diploma in Beauty Therapy Level 3 in your third year.

Excellent personal presentation and motivation are crucial to succeed, with two GCSEs Grade C or above required. Selection is based on a successful interview.
