Terms & Conditions

Course Times

1.1 - All courses run from 9:30am – 5.00pm with half an hour break.  Delegates are advised to arrive 15 minutes prior to the course start time.   Course times may be subject to change at the discretion of the Director without prior notice.

1.2 - Francesco Group reserves the right to change and confirm course dates 4 weeks prior to commencement.   In the event that a course is cancelled or re-scheduled you will be given as much notice as possible.



Course Fees

2.1 - The full course fee should be paid on booking.  Payments can be made by cash and/or debit/credit cards.

2.2 - Course fees are non-refundable but may be credited against a future course, depending on circumstances.

2.3 - All fees quoted are exclusive of VAT.

2.4 - In the event of a delegate failing to attend the confirmed course or complete the course for any reason, no refunds or transfer to future courses will be authorised.

2.5 - Fees are not refundable if the course is interrupted or cancelled through an act of God or terrorism. 



General

3.1 - Although sickness is unavoidable at times, adequate notice is required to ensure client inconvenience is limited.  Delegates unable to attend through sickness should call the Academy no later than 8.30am.  If the situation allows, prior notice of non-attendance would be appreciated.

3.2 - The Academy will provide non-professional models wherever possible but delegates are advised that in the event of model shortages, head blocks may be introduced into the course content. Delegates should be aware that it may be suggested to also practice on one another.

3.3 - Delegates are asked to comply with Francesco Group’s house colours of black, white or grey in suitable smart work clothes.  Please note that no denim or open toe shoes are to be worn.

3.4 - Delegates are required to have their full personal hairdressing kit with them at all times.

3.5 - Lockers are provided for delegates in exchange for a £5 deposit and all valuables must be locked away during the course duration.  The Academy accepts no responsibility for loss or damage of any valuables.

3.6 - Delegates are allocated their own social area within the Academy and must adhere to the rules relating to the caretaking of this area.  The area should be left clean and tidy at all times.

3.7 - Please note that smoking is not permitted in the Academy building, but there are designated smoking areas available.

3.8 - No controlled drugs, unless prescribed, or alcoholic beverages are allowed on the premises.  Any delegate violating this rule will be expelled without any refund of fees.

3.9 - In the event that a delegate is dissatisfied with the training they have received at the Academy, they must submit any such complaint to our Head Office in writing within 48 hours.
