As March came to a close, and after making it through the first stage of judging, a team of Francesco Group’s talented stylists competed in the L’Oréal Colour Trophy Regional Semi Finals!

To get through to the Regional Semi Finals each Stylist created and submitted a photographed model, showcasing a unique colour look, complemented with hair and make-up, as per the brief set out by L’Oréal Professionnel;
Entrants must create a well-executed, inspirational and modern colour look on any model, of any gender or any gender identity, of any hair type. This must be complemented by a beautiful style, finish and total look taking inspiration from upcoming trends.
During the Semi Finals each Stylist was required to showcase their model and finished look live to a panel of judges, who in turn ask a series of questions about the look and how it was achieved.
Everyone performed incredibly and showcased the wonderful and creative looks they had created. We are so proud of each and every one of our Stylists who made it to the Semi Finals and competed!
Regional
Winners
A huge congratulations to Andi Pearce for winning the Regional Semi Final and securing a place in the L’Oréal Colour Trophy Grand Final and to Emma Mathews for winning a place in the Grand Final for the L’Oréal Colour Trophy Star Award!
Andi and Emma are both Stylists from our Francesco Group salon in Chester, who couldn’t be prouder of their talented team members!
The Grand Final takes place on the 26th of June at Battersea Evolution in London, where they will undergo a series of judging processes such as a 30 minute challenge to recreate their Semi Final look, along with participating in a L’Oréal Professionnel catwalk show to display their looks!

The good news doesn’t stop there! In May we have the talented Heather Shaw from Francesco Group Newport and Naomi Francis from Francesco Group Ferndown competing in the semi-final for their category, ‘Colour Specialist’ hoping to join Andi and Emma at the Grand Final in June!
We’re rooting for you both and can’t wait to see if you will be competing in the Grand Final this Summer!
