01 Jul What to Expect at Your Salon Visit
AT YOUR SALON VISIT
We are so delighted to be welcoming you back to the salon soon! Your health and comfort is our priority, so we wanted to take a little time to explain what the salon experience will be like at your appointment and what to expect at your salon visit.
We want you to still be able to relax and enjoy your salon visit, safe in the knowledge that we have put in place the strictest health and safety measures to ensure everyone’s safety and wellbeing.
Before Arriving at the Salon
If you or a member of your household is displaying symptoms of Coronavirus, please do not come to the salon and ensure you follow the Government’s guidance and stay at home. Please call the salon to rearrange your appointment for another time.
Please adhere to appointment times to reduce unsafe congestion in the salon.
We respectfully ask that you do not bring anyone else with you to your appointment, so that we are able to maintain safe numbers within the salon.
Where possible, please bring only your payment method into the salon and leave excess personal belongings at home or in your car, e.g. coat, handbag, shopping etc.
You will be presented with a face mask on arrival at the salon, but if you would prefer to wear your own, please bring this along with you to your appointment.
Arrival & Appointment
All clients and staff must sanitise their hands at the Sanitation Station upon entering the salon.
Clients will be welcomed straight to the salon section.
Social Distancing Rules will be upheld, as much as possible, throughout your entire salon visit.
All staff members will wear protective Personal Protective Equipment at the appropriate times during your appointment.
To help limit the potential spread, communal items like magazines will no longer be available.
No food or drink is to be consumed in the salon, with the exception of water.
Safety Measures in Place
All sections and hairdressing tools will be sterilised between every client visit.
Hairdressing gowns, cutting collars and towels will be washed or disposed of after every single use.
Improved ventilation in salons will ensure maximum air quality.
Work stations, door handles and all surfaces in the salon are consistently wiped down and disinfected regularly throughout the day.
Protective screens are in place, where appropriate to minimise contact.
Regular cleaning schedules will ensure the highest levels of hygiene in our toilets.
Relax & Refresh
Relax and take the opportunity to take a break from the outside world and treat yourself to well-deserved ‘me-time’.
Your salon visit will look quite different to what you are used too, but please be reassured that we are doing everything possible to go above and beyond our usual high levels of hygiene to ensure your safety and that of our teams, so you can still enjoy your salon experience.
Our wonderful teams are still here to welcome you, share a chat and some smiles, and to get your hair back in tip top condition.
If you have any queries or concerns about your salon visit, please do not hesitate to call the salon and we are more than happy to discuss things in more detail with you.
