In the South, you will work remotely with bi-weekly visits to our Head Office in Stafford, where you’ll lead a small, but talented, team of three and will be responsible for:

Developing and guiding the team on brand marketing and content across all our platforms

Ensuring our brand identity is consistent in its delivery and tone of voice

Supporting Franchisees with the growth of their businesses; directly and indirectly

Working with the Apprenticeship Director on key growth areas and planning

Attending quarterly Franchisee meetings and company events if required

Working positively and creatively with our partners and suppliers

Engaging with industry events, understanding future trends and the daily operations of a salon

Reporting on and delivering ROI to the board of Shareholders

Spearheading new ideas and implementing them in a strategic manner

A Marketing degree and preferably, service or retail experience

Proven knowledge of driving sales on a B to C at all levels from salon floor and beyond

Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in MS Word and PowerPoint
